The kitchen focuses on New Nordic ingredients, but the dishes are inspired from all over the world. You can either choose a la carte or the whole table can choose a set menu that focuses on either land, sea or vegetables. Although there is a microbrewery, there is also a carefully selected wine list so you can enjoy fine wines with your meal.
